Thank You!

Our children really appreciate the role of Keyworkers in this difficult time. They want to say a HUGE thank you for all those at work and also volunteers who have stepped in to help.

Our thoughts also go out to those in our community who are isolated and living alone. We appreciate the time and effort given by our school Governor, Mr Ian Singleton, who delivered the children’s cards of love and best wishes.

World Story Week

Members of the School Council were invited to the Hesketh Park Lodge Residential Home recently, to celebrate World Story Week.

The children enjoyed sharing their favourite books with the residents and read aloud some passages. It was lovely to hear about the residents’ favourite books from their childhood.

We finished with a cup of tea, a biscuit, some juice and a chat about the good old days!
