Sessions and Fees
Sessions and Fees
The following sessions and fees are effective as of 1st September 2019. They are reviewed each year and are subject to change (adequate notice of changes will always be given)
For those in receipt of the universal offer of 15 hours, funded hours are available as follows:
- 5 mornings (08:45 – 11:45)
- 5 afternoons (12:30 – 3:30)
- 2 full days (8:45 – 2:45) plus one morning or afternoon.
For those in receipt of the extended offer of 30 hours, funded hours are available as follows:
4 full days (8:45-3:30) plus one morning (8:45 – 11:45) or afternoon (12:30-3:30) session.
Non-government funded (Top up) sessions
The following sessions are available to purchase (subject to availability):
- Full Day (8:45 – 3.30) – £23
- Half Day (8:45-11:45 or 12:30-3:30) – £10
- Extended Half Day (11:45-3:30) – £13
- Extended Afternoon (2:45-3:30) – £3
Breakfast and After School Club
We operate a free Breakfast Club for children who are signed up. Please speak to the school office for further details.
After School Club
- 3:30-4:30 – £3
- 3:30 – 5:45 – £6.50 (this includes a meal)
After school club places must be booked in advance.
30 Hours Funding
All 3 year olds are eligible for 15 hours of free early education per week, for 38 weeks of the year. This is the universal offer. This eligibility starts the term after your child turns 3. You do not need to apply for this.
Some 3 year olds are eligible for an enhanced offer of 30 hours free early education per week, for 38 weeks of the year. This eligibility starts the term after your child turns 3. You have to apply for a code from the government in order to receive this entitlement.

Payments
We accept payment through the following methods:

Please speak to a member of staff if we can further support you with payment.
We will send out a weekly invoice and usually request payment on a weekly basis.
YOU ONLY PAY FOR SESSIONS YOU USE – no deposits/ retainers/ payments for missed sessions

Reading
You will be given packs of books for you to share with your child at home.
Tapestry
Please ensure you are signed up to Tapestry Learning Journal and have the app installed. We will communicate class related messages to you through Tapestry, as well as sharing information and images about your child’s learning.
Snack
We ask for a voluntary contribution of £1 per week. This ensures that we can pay for additional resources such as baking ingredients.
Nappies and Toilet Training
If your child wears nappies or pull ups, please ensure we have plenty of nappies/pull ups and wipes in school. If your child is potty training, please ensure you send in plenty of spare clothes.
