Antarctica Project Homework
Over the past few weeks the children have been working really hard at home on their projects all about the Antarctica. They really enjoyed sharing all their hard work with the rest of the class. It was wonderful to see how much time and effort the children had put into their work and the pride of their faces.
We had a very special visitor join us this week, John the Magician! He entertained us with his amazing tricks and jokes. We all had lots of fun!
Nature Friendly Schools
We had a very exciting day outdoors with Amy from Nature Friendly Schools. We enjoyed lots of activities such as making bird feeders, going on a nature walk and creating our own reindeers. We especially enjoyed sitting around the campfire singing songs, playing games and toasting marshmallows!
We have enjoyed writing our very own adventure stories about beasts and monsters we created. Once we had finished our writing, we used our fantastic editing and improving skills to make our stories even better.
We used our brilliant maths skills to solve a range of problems.
We have been working so hard in Science this term. We have discovered how the digestive system works and about the different types of human teeth.
Our PE day is Monday, don't forget to come into school in your PE kit on this day.
